Noella is a costume maker and costume cutter. She loves it. She really cant think of anything she would rather do.
Her work is mostly made to measure garments commissioned by performing artists, record labels, singers, and dancers. It spans film, live music, theatre productions, music film clips, and events.
She’s transformed Sarah Blasko into a marionette with magical sleeves, wrapped Megan Washington in black silk and jet crystals, and helped Justine Clark enchant concerthalls full of kids with a dress made entirely of rainbow ribbons.
She has been a pattern cutter and dress maker on dancing with the stars for the past few seasons, and as a result also delights in making many a latin or ballroom dance dress.
Her studio lights can often be seen on late into the night at schoolhouse studios.
